About me

I have been a teacher for over 15 years and although I’m British I now live permanently in Mérida, México. As someone who has learnt Spanish as an adult I appreciate the difficulties and frustrations that language learning can bring!

Interests

I love travelling, I’m a keen reader and I also enjoy baking cakes and cookies and trying out new recipes on my family and friends. I prefer hot weather to cold which is important as where we live reaches 40 degrees in the warmer months!
I would say I’m friendly, patient and really enjoy seeing people make progress.
