Language packages

I am a total beginner, are there classes for me?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all levels and that includes absolute beginners.

How long is each class?

Each class lasts 30 minutes.

Can I book more than one class in a row?

Yes, you can book multiple classes in a row.

How do I book a class?

Booking a class is easy! Visit your teacher’s online calendar to book the date and time of your next class together.

When can I book a class?

You can book a class based on your availability and the availability of your teacher. To find a time that works best for you, visit your teacher’s online calendar.

Can I cancel or reschedule my class?

Yes! You are able to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your class.

How can I cancel or reschedule my class?

You are able to make changes to your class via your booking confirmation email. Alternatively, you can send an email to inf[email protected] and a member of our team will support your request.

Will I lose a class if I don’t show up?

That is correct. You will lose your class from your pack of classes, if you do not show up and you have not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.

Do I have to use up my pack of classes by a certain date?

You will have 365 days from the date of purchase to use all your classes from your package.

Are all my classes online?

That’s right! All of your classes are online.

Is my class private?

Yes, all of your classes are 121 with your chosen teacher.

Can I choose what I want to learn?

Absolutely! You will work alongside your teacher to create a study plan that focuses on your needs and your language goals.

Do you have Business language classes?

Yes we do! We also have business language courses designed to help you improve your language skills for the workplace.

Can I use another system that is not Zoom or Skype for my classes?

Yes! You are able to use your preferred communication system to have your class. Just remember to provide access details for your teacher when booking your class.

What happens if I lose internet during a class?

If you lose internet during your class don’t worry, we will reschedule your class for a different day.

How much is a class?

Visit our pricing section for information about a single class, as well as, a pack of language classes.

What payment methods are available?

We accept card payment, Paypal and bank transfer. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please send us an email at [email protected].

How many classes can I buy?

We offer packages of 5, 10 and 25 classes. Visit our pricing section for more information.

Can I buy a single class?

Yes, you are able to buy a single class to start with.

Are my teachers native speakers?

Yes! All of our teachers are qualified native speakers.

Can I have different teachers?

Of course, you are able to book classes with different teachers.
