I live in Braga, where I study Applied Languages at Universidade do Minho and I also work as a freelance translator and private language tutor. I got my C2 Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) in 2018 and my IEFP Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas (CCP) in 2021, which gave me the competency to teach and better get to my students.
After my first lessons, I just knew that teaching was the most rewarding and fulfilling as I’m able to have the experience of providing others with knowledge, as well as watch their progress. I prepare my classes according to each student’s needs and I use video conference apps and Portuguese manuals to make every lesson as productive and interesting as possible.

Besides teaching, I have various things that I enjoy doing in my free time, such as reading and playing football. I also really love spending time in nature, travelling and engaging in new cultural experiences.
